The TABLEWAR Charities "War on the Shore" event is dedicated to supporting Autism Advocacy, with 100% of all proceeds going to the charity. This year marks the second iteration of the event, and we're excited to introduce something new: both 40K Charity GT and 40K Narrative events! Images from the 2025 event are posted at the bottom of this event description.

Participants in both events will enjoy lodging for three nights and ten meals. The GT can accommodate up to 64 players, with two rounds per day, allowing for special camp activities. These activities include free time to explore the north shore of Oahu through hiking, on-site alpine towers, the on-property beach, pool, and more. There will also be a special bonfire night with camp songs and s'mores. The Narrative event will also have time set aside for these activities.

The GT will follow the GW standard for competitive play, while the Narrative event will be run by narrative specialist Chris Stover, who has organized narrative events at NOVA Open,  and GW events, including GW's UK Grand Narrative. We are preparing for this event to feature some unique immersion elements.

Both events will begin on Thursday, January 8th, and conclude on Sunday, January 11th, taking place on the North Shore of Oahu at YMCA's Camp Erdman. The cost for either event, including lodging and meals, is $400 per person.

Non-player adults and children are $300 per person (includes accommodations, food, and activities)

Special activities for children: Archery, Alpine Tower, Crafts Session, Paint and Take session by The Army Painter, daily pool, Campfire with songs and 'smores. Hiking and beach access available but not arranged by the camp (beach access is on the property).
